Vitals is by far the best app out of every single app on the Shopify store not just because of the endless amount of features and the constant improvements and updates happening, but because of the relentless perseverance of Vital's customer support to satisfy and help their customers which is thus reflected by their staggering 5/5 reviews. Customer service is excellent. I am in setup phase and in all fairness there is little need for customer service as it is very simple to use, the descriptions are short and snappy but spot-on, and the videos are excellent. However, I have contacted Customer Service via chat twice now and in one case it was fixed in less than a minute, and in the other case not only was the issue sorted but I also got a recommendation for an extension to my browser to assist.
