I’ve been using Vitals for quite a while now, and it has become one of the most valuable tools in my Shopify setup. The app is extremely well‑designed, fast, and packed with features that actually make a difference in daily operations.
What I appreciate most is the reliability — everything works as expected, and the modules are thoughtfully built. The support team is outstanding as well: quick responses, clear explanations, and genuinely helpful. Every time I reached out, they solved my issue within minutes.

We have been using vitals to gather reviews from our customers since quite a few years now. So far so good. It has a very comprehensive interface and when needed, customer support is knowledgeable and helpful.

Vitals is a great app. Its increased my AOV and CR and boosted my usell by 18% this week which is huge. Also, i had a bit of a scare when i first downloaded the a. We've had a great experience with Vitals so far. One of the biggest advantages is that it combines so many different apps and features into a single solution, which helps keep our store streamlined and avoids having to install multiple separate apps.
