Day one, hour 2 and I ran into an issue with the app. The little chat popup was just sitting there and I was like I'll try to send a note and see how responsive the 24/7 support really is. Rey got me fixed up in less than 10 minutes from my initial request.
Incredible Value for the price - not 100% customizable but you can suggest features AND they listen. They have a fully visible Roadmap on trello. 100% pro Devs. Support is A+ (Responded within in hours)

Amazing app, avoids us having to use a whole a bunch of different apps. Team was super helpful with modifications to make everything look very on brand. Highly recommended

I don't normally pay "a lot" for apps but regarding Vitals it's definitely worth it. The variety of functions is amazing and if something stops working the support is quick to help.
