so I have been using this app for a month or so for 2 stores. and it is a life saver. the customer service is the best I have seen. I cannot thank the customer support team enough!!! you do not need to download a ton of apps and figure out how to use each of them, just use vitals, it is the best

We are still new to using this app, but the one thing that i really like is the customer support. They're always available, even at 3AM to answer my questions via the Chat option. There are a couple of things that i would like to see improvement in the future such as allowing customers to pick their BOGO items rather than giving them just one suggested option at checkout. Overall, I really like this app and i look forward to more features in the future.
