Great App, Greater Support!
I was facing a major issue with my store's visibility. I noticed the problem was reducing with the Vitals App disabled. I contacted their support, thinking it was their Apps fault.
Not only it was not, but they managed to locate the problem in Dawn Theme settings and pointed this out to me. Shopify support had no idea. They always reply, they always do it fast, and always help you. Thank you!
The support provided is incredibly fast, even in the basic plan, and they have the ability to fix issues on the spot, which is extremely beneficial. Although the initial cost may be high, the comprehensive coverage for all apps makes it a worthwhile investment... Recommended +++++

This is a great app, which add so many options you typically have to pay for. The customer support is also first class, very quick and extremely helpful in patiently resolving any issues you may have.

Really good app had an issue couldn't figure out spent like hours trying to figure it out and then I decided to contact live support and figured out the issue in less than 5 minutes.
