Great app and great customer service. I am going to use it after my free trail. The features are great and easy to use. There is a video on each section which makes me easy to learn how to use the app.

John Seth really helped me tremendously. Much love to the support of Vitals. I keep having issues I guess because I'm not really well adversed with Vitals yet, or it could be my debutify theme, but you guys have been helpful.

Easy to use app, covers all my needs. One thing i'm missing is a feature for size-chart. I hope it's added in the future (-:

I worked in tech support for 20+ years, so I know what great support looks like...THIS IS WHAT IS LOOKS LIKE!!! I've been using the Vitals App for a few months and not only is the support staff knowledgeable...their response time is in nanoseconds. Oh, and let's not forget the 40+ apps they offer. If there is a better app supplier out there I haven't seen them yet. I highly recommend Vitals and look forward to working with this company for the foreseeable future.

I can not speak more highly of Michael J. He was able to accommodate and help me with all of my questions and requests. I am extremely impressed with the prompt adjustments and kind support. I have been using Vitals for a while now but never used chat support until now. I can say my experience was 10/10! Thank you as this makes me so happy to continue to use this app with my store!
