Customer service is great, both times I've had an issue it was responded to immediately in the chat. first Jed helped me, super helpful and nice guy, second time it was Juan. Juan was extremely patient despite all my annoying questions, thanks very much to the vitals team.

They are really helpful with the support. They also have detailed video Tutorials for each app inside this huge app. The support knows technicalities, they are not there to send you to an FAQ page. They do the coding and technicals for you. Definitely recommend!!!
