Very helpful staff, I actually do mean that. I asked a question through their chat system in the app and it was amazing to have such good customer service from their team.

A horrible app that will keep charging you even after uninstalling it and now I have to apparently meet a damn word count which is again horrible

Hello there! We would like to provide clarification about this feedback, as it is surely a misunderstanding.
We would like to set the correct expectation that Shopify fully handles all charges and subscriptions, and we do not have control on this process in any form. We also do not refuse processing of legitimate refunds as long as we are informed about them right away, no questions asked.
Vitals might very well be the only app you'll ever need! Sounds like a bold statement but seriously, this app has like 90% of what you need on your store.
It jam-packs more than 30 apps into one clever and easy to use interface - and best of all, they keep adding more!
From small problem fixers (such as hiding your bestsellers, content protection or removing paypal button from cart) to more serious money making machines like Frequently Bought Together bundling, volume discounts or currency converter, you get a ton of features and it's all under one roof !
One of the best things is that you can ask the developers to tweak any of the included apps and they do it in a matter of hours. Just try it on your store, you'll see by yourself.

After testing so many Discount Volume apps, I finally found the one compatible with OCU. I recommand especially for the customer service that help me a lot to integrate with our theme.
