Great app, backed up by great service, So many logical options all contained in one app, cost effective and again the service is brilliant.
I highly recommend this all-in-one app! I am just amazed by their excellent customer support center.
Love it ! Maybe the price is a little bit high but when you complete the "tutorial" they give you another 30 days of free trial. The team support is top ! Reply in 10min and solve every problem I have. I recommend it 100%

My first review ever written, but these guys deserve it. They work hard and this is a very good app to increase the AOV. It's 5 stars already 100%, but 2 things I miss:
- POST PURCHASE UPSELL- I know you are working on this, can't wait
- Bundle offer before checkout.
- 24/7 customer chat -) I know I can ask a lot haha
Furthermore, I suck at installing these kinds of things, but this was very easy to set up any child can do it. Again thanks for all the help and this app alone is making me some $$ :D

- we're slowing transitioning to offering customer support 24/7 - recruitment and training goes a bit slower than expected, but we're trying to get the only best of the best people on the job

An application with a lot of ready to use features and a lot of added value.
It really boosted my conversion rate and the value of my average cart. A very reactive and friendly team that quickly provides palliative and corrective solutions. Some improvements like font and color customization can improve the UX and the conversion funnel.
through the support they can modify everything you ask them in a short time. The application is one of the most complete I've ever seen, just know that by downloading this you have the possibility to integrate dozen of app it in a single click without having to make many changes.

Ottimo servizio di assistenza e prezzo onesto considerando il fatto che per la stessa somma spesso i plugin di shopify offrono solo una delle funzioni presenti in Vitals.
