I cancelled the App at June 9th, but still be charged by 29.99 USD at 21th June. Why?

Thank you for the feedback, and I'm sorry the charge caught you off guard after you'd already uninstalled.
Shopify bills app subscriptions a cycle at a time, and yours had already been set for June before the uninstallation on the 9th, so it still went through on the 21st. That part runs on Shopify's side, but I completely understand how frustrating it is to be charged for something you'd already left.

Vitals is a great app. Its increased my AOV and CR and boosted my usell by 18% this week which is huge. Also, i had a bit of a scare when i first downloaded the a. I reached out to suort who resonded immediately, multiple times. Micheal head of support was so kind and lovely in supporting me when i needed it. It made me feel like i was in safe hands. Thanks guys
Outrageously overpriced for a basic feature – not worth it
I’m extremely disappointed with this app. I installed it solely for one simple feature – a Sticky Add to Cart button. That’s it. Nothing complex, no multi‑functionality.
But the pricing model is completely unreasonable. On top of the $29.99/month base plan, I was hit with significant overage usage fees every single month. My average monthly bill came out to around $120 – for a sticky cart button.
To put that into perspective: I’m paying over $1,400 a year for a feature that many free or low‑cost apps offer for a fraction of the price. There’s no transparency, no value for money, and absolutely no justification for these extra charges.
If you're considering this app for a simple use case – please look elsewhere. This is a classic case of hidden costs and predatory pricing. Save your budget and your sanity.

You're right that the cost didn't match what you were getting. Stores using Sticky Add to Cart on its own were hitting usage charges that made no sense for a single feature, and we've changed how it's metered — that's live now, and your bill should look very different going forward.
For context: Vitals has held the same $29.99/month base price for six years, with all 40+ features included. Usage charges are meant to apply to stores processing real volume across the suite, not to a case like yours.

Signed up a couple of months ago. The flat fee was $29.99/month. This has now been quietly updated to '$29.99/month + usage' with no information about the update or what 'usage' actually is. On checking my invoice for this month I've been charged $155.99!!!!! HUGE red flags.

Excellent support experience! The Vitals team was very responsive and helpful while resolving an issue with the Product Reviews widget on my Shopify store. They carefully investigated the problem, made the necessary adjustments, and everything is now working perfectly. I truly appreciate the professional and friendly support. Highly recommended!
We've been using Vitals for our store at Bigksport and it replaced at least 6 separate apps. The product reviews, upsells, shipping estimates, sticky add to cart and visitor replays all work seamlessly together. Support is fast and helpful. The fact that it doesn't slow down your store while doing all of this is the biggest win. Highly recommend for any Shopify store owner who wants to keep things lean and effective
At $30 a month (base price), this app is a steal, it has some fantastic features, many of which we are yet to even use. The volume builder is a great tool and generates a fair bit of revenue for us and we really value the screen recordings, it helps us to weed out those pesky bugs customers are facing. Had a few issues with setting a widget up and John Seth S. was a great help, fixed it within minutes! Thanks guys

Vitals is AWESOME! has everything you need and customer support is AMAZING! If there is something they don’t have and you contact them, they will figure out how they can get what you need!
The app is fantastic, very useful features, easy to use and when any challenge, customer service is really fast to assist. Especially Kliphord was so helpful to get things running smoothly and aesthetically for me.
