Vitals has been fantastic! It's basically replaced the collection of smaller apps I was piling onto my store with faster, simpler, specialized functions within the one app interface. Customer support is super fast to reply and helpful with troubleshooting as well!

I can't say enough wonderful things about this app! First off the price is amazing and cannot be beat. I actually have a paid theme that did not come with photo reviews so I was most interested in this feature. I tried Loox and Vitals. THIS ONE IS BETTER in my opinion. I uninstalled Loox and am happily using this one. I love the Spin to Win feature as well as & so many other things.
I will be recommending this to everyone I know with a store. Don't even hesitate for a second....just add this app!! I have only been using this a short time but have already been helped twice. surprisingly good app i tested it on my trial store before implementing on my main store, its really easy to use and setup. when there is a bug you can count on their customer support, its a live support that works

So far so good. has a lot of features, not that I'll be using all of them but you never know. customer service is fast and helpful.
The support/customer service on this app is AMAZING. They have a live chat that's apparently available 24/7 with the most efficient and helpful reps I've experienced on an app to date. I had a bunch of specific little things I needed to customize to my store, and one of the reps (shout out to Michael) was unbelievably attentive, polite and efficient. I'm so impressed!
