I can not speak more highly of Michael J. He was able to accommodate and help me with all of my questions and requests. I am extremely impressed with the prompt adjustments and kind support. I have been using Vitals for a while now but never used chat support until now. I can say my experience was 10/10! Thank you as this makes me so happy to continue to use this app with my store! Vitals is the app to rule them all. They're always adding more features and the customer support is soo helpful. You'll be able to avoid installing many apps.

The customer service on this app is available all the time, and is great. Their reps are extremely skilled and good at what they do and will help with any problem one may have.
Vitals is amazing!! It has so many app features all in one that you really don't need many other Shopify apps to optimize your store. Their support is also great if you have questions and need help. I highly recommend it! The only downside is that the app doesn't work with Recharge, our subscription app, to upsell because it has a different checkout. If they could collaborate with the ReCharge software then that would be a home run!
