This app is awesome! So many options within one app, and it's fantastic value for money. Also, just as importantly, the support service is 10/10. They are quick, patient and get any issues sorted asap. I dealt with Michael today, twice, and he was amazing. 10/10 :-)
Their customer service helped me with a different app. That doesn't happen. people usually tell you "thats not our app not our problem" essentially. Vitals went above and beyond with customer service ON TOP of an amazing app. Highly recommend to everybody.

Im relaunching my store and needed some help to relaunch it , the nice man helped clean up my store , i had toomuch ging on my store and i was looking for a simplier and cleaner look and more fresh . I am happy for the results and i love that i can add reviews to my page effortsly , helps me alot, i cant wait for my relaunch thank you!

J'utilise diverses fonctionnalités de Vitals. Cette appli est assez sophistiquée, parfois même compliquée pour moi. J'ai donc utilisé le service de chat et je viens de faire un grand pas en avant ce matin grâce au soutien de Zeus qui m'a très bien renseigné par ses réponses précises. Il a été très patient avec moi et compétent pour me solutionner mes problèmes ! Les vidéos (tutorials) sont une grande aide, mais n'étaient pas suffisant pour moi, car en anglais..
Je suis très satisfaite de l'aide que je reçois via le chat, et très surprise qu'en quelques minutes quelqu'un de l'extérieur puisse ainsi me solutionner mes difficultés..! Bravo et merci !!
