I've been using Vitals on my Shopify store for over six months and I can't recommend it enough! Whether you're a newbie or a seasoned store owner, it's a must-have. With over 40 integrated apps, the possibilities are vast. The standout for me is the Visitors Replay feature—it's insightful to see real-time interactions in my store.
A huge thumbs up to the support team; their responsiveness has been top-notch. My only feedback would be to enhance the design of the Wish List for more placement flexibility. All in all, a solid 5-star app. If you're on the fence, give Vitals a go!"

This app is fantastic. Has so many useful features. It's like 20+ apps in 1. Totally worth it. I'll have it for as long as I use Shopify. If you ever have an issue with anything the support team is great! They're very helpful and responsive. They'll work with you to help you with any issue you have

Our company Concord Aerospace has been utilizing Vitals in our online operations for several years, and we have nothing but the best things to say about the product. The ideology and the flexibility of their ecosystem was the main reason we decided to add Vitals to our system. Our of almost every other app we are currently using, although seeming the most elaborate, Vitals has been the one that gave us ZERO issues and only helped us streamline different elements, which in the past costed several times more than our current monthly payments when combined.
In addition, we can not say enough about their customer service and their willingness to help and guide the users if there is a change, or a feature that needs customization or small tweaks.

Petit bémol: Dans les avis d'Aliexpress, la couleur et la taille du produit que le client a acheté ne sont pas mentionnées. J'aimerais pouvoir mieux renseigner mes clients et ce détail serait important pour moi afin qu'ils puissent faire des choix conformes à leur besoin.
