I couldn’t get it to work. The free plan is very basic. The chart on your product page looks awful but luckily you can choose to not have it show. To me, setting up the discounts is a bit confusing and shouldn’t be. This is all a mute point tho because i never could get it to work. All the other stuff would have been ok had it worked. On the mobile app, you cannot see the installation button so I had sent two help
requests without realizing it before I found it. I assumed the reason it wasn’t working was I had not installed it yet. So after installation, it still doesn’t apply discounts, even at check out. So I was glad I had put in the work request. I wanted to have this set up for Black Friday but it’s thanksgiving now and I deleted the app last night to try to search for a new one. I don’t recommend. The free version at least. You shouldn’t offer a free version tho unless you make it functional. Limited, I understand but it should be functional.

I dont know why but sometimes all of products information was totally removed and i have to resync them which costed alot of times!

Not sure what might have happened but once our app syncs, nothing gets removed unless there is another sync initiated by the user. Can you please let us know if you still require support and we are happy to jump in and help resolve any issues. Thank you.
The app caused to many users not to be able to press the checkout buttom. Support couldn't work out the problem.

I paid for professional installation and only got a few emails about how it was set up but could never get it to work on my site and further communication came to a halt! I am too busy to mess around with poor customer service. I want my money back!

I used this app for make a quantity discount of a product. But it not show the offer table on the product page. Very disappointed.

WOW!! This is by far the worst app I have ever seen on Shopify. I can't even comprehend how it is possible that I can't have a paypal button on my website in order for your app to work and on top of that I can't even have a buy it now button either and it doesn't work with a page builder which is obviously much more important since I build all my product pages there. It took several days to even get this thing to work on the checkout page cause it's something they have to do manually for whatever reason and you have to open a ticket plus create an account to even get help. I'm absolutely speechless how bad everything is on this app and the developers and customer service. The only good thing was the widget in itself but that's pretty much it. This is the first review I've ever left and I have been using Shopify and multiple apps for years. I thought first it was a joke haha and the support needs a revamp, plus having to open a ticket just to get some help for install is absolutely ridiculous. No clue how they are still in business. After uninstalling they send you an email of steps you have to go through to remove all different codes, because a bunch of them are still there even after automatic uninstall. Just be aware guys, stay away! Honestly they don't even deserve half a star!! RUN FOR THE HILLS!

I am beyond frustrated at this point!! I have been waiting 4 days for installation and still nothing, STOP giving me the run around, if you are not going to install it let me know for I can move on to another app. This is terrible customer support

It does what it's supposed to do but every step of the way something doesn't work and I have to go back to technical support and have them fix it. I'm deleting it and would not recommend until they iron out the kinks.

Don't normally write bad reviews but this app is awful. Getting all kinds of errors in my website even after uninstallation. Stay far away from this.
