Hulk Bundles Quantity Breaks

So many bugs. Wasted hours trying to work them out. Support was so slow in responding and then although they tried, I frequently had to ask the same question multiple times. One of the most frustrating experiences I have had so far on shopify.

Support is very helpful if you ever have any bugs or issues. Fairly easy to customize and set up.

Did you know they charge more if you grow? No added service. If you pay for plus - you get to pay 4 times as much for the same exact app. Look elsewhere!

A frustrating mess from start to finish. Features work only when they feel like it, and support could only shrug and confirm the app is “acting strangely” with no remedy in sight. Their solution is to not use hulk apps with express checkout - as they are not compatible. Strongly recommend avoiding Hulk apps.

Because we are a Taiwanese company, we cannot display numbers after the decimal point when making discounts. However, this app allows us to adjust the display of numbers after the decimal point, which is very convenient. Colleagues can also implement each discount by themselves without the help of other functions. Therefore, it is recommended that managers who want to integrate each discount can install this app.

This app has helped BojoTools.com increase our profits by allowing our customers to purchase our plastic scrapers, pry tools and other tools in bulk and save money that way.

Plus, the times that we've reached out to their tech. support team, like recently when we switched themes and the app needed to be updated to work seamlessly with the new theme for example, they've been super responsive and have always helped troubleshoot any issue.

This is an indispensable app for us. It really does work and increases order value and quantity. We highly reccomend it.
Hulk App Support has always done a great job for us when the program or theme needs tweaking due to Shopify theme or program upgrades.

stay away from this app. the app is very buggy. work one minute, next minute it stops working. support is non responsive. they keep handing you off to someone else and the issue never gets fixed. not sure how they got so many high ratings, my experience with it has been horrible. as i write this review it has been three days with zero progress.

Exactly what we needed! We needed an app that allowed us to give quantity discounts when ordering multiples of the same variant AND enable the user to apply a discount code at checkout. After an exhaustive search, we finally found Hulk Discounts and couldn't be happier. We've now used it for about 4 years. Their support is outstanding as well. They've helped me out various times over the years. Thank you again for an amazing app!

I faced several issues in the beginning, and while support was helpful, they took a long time to resolve them. I’d recommend using the app only if you have extra time, as troubleshooting can be time-consuming if something goes wrong.
