This app helps a lot and is free. I had some problems setting up some more advanced stuff. I reached out to them and they helped me within 1 day. highly recommended

I recently downloaded this app to try on my store. At first I couldn't get it to work, so I contacted the developers for some assistance. They responded very quickly and ironed out the problem in no-time. Sometimes apps and software just don't work as expected, and that's ok. What matters is good customer service, and Hulk Apps definitely deliver. Please give their apps a try, and don't hesitate to ask them for help or giving them a well deserved review. I wish I could say this app worked and helped us, but it just caused too many issues on our site and caused us a loss of revenue.

We installed the app, none of the discounts were working (prices weren't changing on checkout), so we asked the Hulk team to help. They applied some fix on the live site (instead of a preview for us to approve) and on a Saturday (when no one can check and fix any issues), two huge mistakes and they broke things on our site!

While deploying the fix, they deleted the Buy it Now button, made the quantity selector not functioning and crashed part of our homepage widgets (no images or links were showing anymore).

I had to revert to an old theme on Monday and delete this app. When confronted with what they had done, the Hulk devs took no responsibility for any of the issues. They were the only ones who did any change to the site, all the logs and emails confirm its them, but they still deny it.

Might be a Free app, but I'd rather pay for an app that has serious developers who take ownership.

REVIEW UPDATE: After leaving review they FINALLY after 4 days fix the problem. I will not be using this app as the problem it created isn't worth the lack of customer service contact until the review was left. I have updated my review from 1 star to 3 because app did work before they messed it up.

This app worked great but I wanted a different image for the discount and gave them a idea. They added that picture to ALL my items I have in the discount tiers. So the wrong prices were on the wrong items causing confusion and upset customers. I messaged multiple times and we are on day 4 and they still haven't fixed their mistake! I've had to refund orders and deal with angry customers for 4 days now because of this! So if you need any help GOOD LUCK! (I have learnt that the developers are based in INDIA (per service email) and not on a quick time line.)

I definitely recommend this app! $ 0 per month. I rarely find such a deal. Just Awesome! Thank you, guys! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
