The app had an issue of not applying the discounts at checkout, but the support staff was very helpful and got the app running smoothly for my site. Even for the free version, they provide useful and prompt technical support.

I tried the update on another theme and it worked. After initially writing a 1-star review the developer contacted to attempt to troubleshoot and locate the root cause of the issue. Thank you for providing good customer service.

I had an amazing experience with them from the very beggining when I started to use there amazing apps (and I am using a lot in there apps, they are crucial for my store functunallity) ,they are always responding and always willing to help.
But I have to say that my last request for them was little complicated, I wanted something that was more than what this app is offering, but they go with me and were willing to implement some changes on their app and in my store to
make it happen! I appriciate it so much!

Amazing app! Allows clear view of what discounts are. Easy to use. Customer services team have been brilliant in helping to get it implemented on the site and also make some minor changes to the displays. UPDATE: Changed out template for our site and needed to reconfigure the app, team were great in getting it sorted very quickly, thanks guys!

Adis was very helpful in the install process and helping us overcome some of the tricky details within our styling of the website.
We would love to have the ability for a coupon to be issued on the cart page rather than the checkout page. For this reason, we potentially will have to build out this module internally but for now, this will work!
