I just added this Volume Boost , they have a convenience theme to help your customers buy more quantity . and the supporter really friendly as well.

Wow, now I don't usually leave reviews but this time I had to! Sanjaysinh literally saved my business right now!!!! What an amazing customer service!! He literally went above and beyond to fix my issue one of the manager had previously said only a developer can fix!! The so called manager also said it will take the developer up to 2 days to fix the issue. I was of course so desperate for this app to work, I even went on fiver to find someone to fix the issue. The app stopped working after 1 day if installing, it had generated me so much sales in 1 day! however, it then stopped working for no reason, I decided to have a chat for the customer service and meant the wrong person who didn't have a clue about their job. I will come back to leave his name on here just Incase anyone else come across him. Only just decided to send another message and Sanjaysinh responded back to me and fixed my issues in less than 2 minutes!!!! Sanjaysinh, you are extremely amazing!! I can't thank you enough. This mean so much to me as I have already gotten a sale just now! God bless you and I hope whenever I need help, I come across you. You should be the manager and developer, all in now!! Thank you for resolving my issues in less than 2 minutes and putting a massive smile on my face!

I had this app for less than a week. The servers have been down 3 times that I know of where the discounts were not showing. The last time it went down, It had disabled the checkout button so my customers could not order anything for hours resulting in loss income and sending them to my competitors. I do not recommend this app at all. I am so happy I did not send an email promoting the discounts this app does. That would have been a lot more angry customers that couldn't get the right pricing. I have enough of them right now that could not check out. If you install this app make sure you have a backup of your theme. You will need it when this app goes down.

Excellent customer support - very responsive and fixed some setup issues very quickly. The app itself works well, great way to implement tiered discounts.

Update:
The delay in the installation was due to being the app being free and having limited resources for a free app - fair enough. However, when installation occurred, they requested I remove the dynamic checkout button from product pages and they disabled the ajax cart (not on the live site) as the app doesn't work with those features. So many stores use an ajax cart - I think you should update your description to avoid wasting anyone's time. I have found a paid app with better support.
