Great support! I had a conflict with my volume discounts not updating when customers updated qty in the cart. The dev team helped me fix it within 24 hours. Thank you, and great app!

So far so good using Volume & Tiered Discounts, as well as their Infinite Product Options add-on.
Support via email was amazing. For some fine-tuning to make sure both addons worked well together, I gave them access to my site and they were able to quickly edit & optimize the code.

I just use this app to help me to automatically do the tiered discount for my web store. During the installation of this app, I needed some format adjustments that impact to my Shopify theme. I submitted the ticket to the team which they are very helpful, responsive, and professional. The problem could be quickly clarified and solved. It perfectly works now.
