I needed quite a bit of support to set it up, but the customer support is first class. App is great, had my first sale through the app after just 12 hours and had more since. Wow, now I don't usually leave reviews but this time I had to! Sanjaysinh literally saved my business right now!!!! What an amazing customer service!! He literally went above and beyond to fix my issue one of the manager had previously said only a developer can fix!! The so called manager also said it will take the developer up to 2 days to fix the issue. I was of course so desperate for this app to work, I even went on fiver to find someone to fix the issue. The app stopped working after 1 day if installing, it had generated me so much sales in 1 day! however, it then stopped working for no reason, I decided to have a chat for the customer service and meant the wrong person who didn't have a clue about their job. I will come back to leave his name on here just Incase anyone else come across him. Only just decided to send another message and Sanjaysinh responded back to me and fixed my issues in less than 2 minutes!!!! Sanjaysinh, you are extremely amazing!! I can't thank you enough. This mean so much to me as I have already gotten a sale just now! God bless you and I hope whenever I need help, I come across you. You should be the manager and developer, all in now!! Thank you for resolving my issues in less than 2 minutes and putting a massive smile on my face!

Good app, easy to use. Recommended to Shopify store and it's free. I'm very happy with this app and I hope to have good results.

This app is better than paid apps. Highly recommended! I was using a paid app and was told that due to my store them, the discount can't work on my store. But this app works very well. Very happy to find it!

Guys if you searching for bulk pricing app !? this is an awesome app that i ever had use. I'ts simple and easy to use,don't f*ck up the theme liquid like BOLD (hate them) just simply generated bulk price discount. I love it,and definitely recommend it ! .

This app was great and worked well until two weeks ago. All of a sudden it stopped working. I have been emailing the support team with little to no response. Very frustrating. It has affected our online store immensely.

Update: After three weeks they were finally able to get the app working. When the app works it is excellent. When it went down, it took forever to repair. I am now concerned with the reliability if the app and the response time from the help desk. For now I am giving it another try. Hopefully that will be the end of my frustration.

I've been using this app for about 6 months now and it works great. My customers really LOVE have a tiered discount automatically applied to their shopping cart. Due to me having a custom Shopify theme I have had to call upon support a few times and they have been super professional and helped me "tweek" things in a very timely manner. The only thing that would make this app better would be a one-time fee and not $9.99 monthly. Thank you so much.

Overall It's a good app but data management can be improved as data changes every update from Shopify. I had some issues with the variant display but the team worked on it immediately. However, every now and then I am encountering data changes especially with pricing - every update of Shopify I had to check all prices again. Quite time-consuming but yeah it does the job. Looking forward for a smoother version.
