I would recommend it yet several months after it was set up, I noticed that the volume grid for the discount I created was no longer appearing on the product page. Customer support is very responsive. They resumed the discount but I had to ask them to fix the grid and they promptly corrected it.

This is by far the best application on his category, no random bugs, troubles, fast and easy to use
and also the customer support has been outstanding, always answering in less than an hours, and literally setting up things for me when i needed it,

Convenient UI, easy to set up.
Great Front End appearance.
I find most of these Volume discount apps work great, however struggle with UI and Front end design. They will fail to put simple things like duplicate discount or edit table appearance.
This app does it all and I appreciated the great service provided by Adna.

Using the app for over 5 years, issues were normally resolved on first contact but we recently had an issue and I have reached out to support a few times but the issue is ongoing. Received an email from the director of the company, I replied to it and have yet to receive a response. Loyalty doesn’t mean much by the looks of it.
