The app is great, took some time for the developers to get to me but that is understandable given the tickets they had. Expect a little wait for them to get to you if you have an issue (a few days) but totally worth it. They are running a business just like all of us.

Sorry about the delay. We did receive your ticket on Friday and we just haven't had a chance to respond yet. We have 4 dedicated team members but we get at times over 400 tickets/day and over the weekend they pile up.
We sincerely apologize for the delay. Most of our apps are free and our support is free and we try our best to manage but with recent spikes in installs, it's hard to manage. We are working on adding a couple of more team members as well as improve the auto-responder process.
We'd appreciate if you would give us another chance and give the review a second look. While we certainly dropped the ball on this one with you, it's not representative of us and the applications we try to build and most importantly the type of exceptional service we want to give EVERY client, big or small.

This app really help me to do tiered discounts for specific products! Best thing is that whenever I encountered any issues, the developers were quick to respond and jump in to fix it for me. Nisha was a big help and troublehooted in helping me update my app right away when I was unsure on how to do it. Thanks again, Nisha!
