While something of a complicated installation (especially with theme modifications), the support team was highly responsive and quick to address and resolve initial configuration hurdles.
Performance and effectiveness of the app notwithstanding, there's a solid developer presence behind it.

Been using this app for a while! Very customizable, even for the free version. Using it with the product options app and it allows me to have very customized pricing!

We use this app as we sell in large quantities and therefore needed a method of providing volume discount. The past 18 months of use have been very straight forward and the app has worked well. More recently we changed our theme, which in turn lead to the app not functioning properly, after contacting the team at hulk apps, a developer had made adjustments to our theme and ensured it was working as required, this took less than 3 days. Cant fault the app or the service. Thanks Hulkapps!

Tried to reach out multiple times for help regarding an issue with no answer from the support team or chat. Glitches often and removes the discounts from certain products on my store resulting in customers calling questioning it.

I wasn't thrilled with this app at first. It makes some pretty significant code changes immediately on being installed, which I wish I was warned about, because not only was my theme not backed up, but it broke several features as well! It was days before I realized my photo galleries were broken. I had to undo the changes by following the installation guide in reverse, luckily this worked. A warning about all the code changes would've been appreciated so I could back up my theme first at least. Test everything on your store after installing to be sure!
On the other hand once I got ahold of the development team they cheerfully made all the fixes I needed for free! So five stars for that effort. The app is javascript heavy so it's difficult to make changes as an amateur.
Their interface is great! The app does everything I need it to.
