I install this quantity discount app because it was free. I'm starting off on eCom and Shopify and didn't want to spend the extra $15/month on paid apps like Quantity Breaks.

The volume discount prices did not display things properly with my store theme (when user only has 1 item in cart) and I quickly contacted their support team. They responded very quickly within (12-18 hours) and I created a Shopify staff account for their developer to fix the issue. Now my site's cart page is displaying everything nicely.

This is a great app. What first attracted me to the app was the free price tag. However, what I found after installing it was great technology coupled with great design.

The app installed like a charm. By far the easiest installation to date.

The setup was extremely easy as well. In just a few minutes, I was up and running and now can offer my buyers discounted pricing.

With this app specifically I have not had to contact customer service but because I use a few of their apps, did have to contact them on something else. They are quick to reply, thorough and very helpful. The issue turned out to be the way I configured things, nothing from their side. They helped me understand what happened and how I could make a change. Since then, everything has worked perfectly.

I highly recommend HulkApps applications. I've been able to drop all the other apps that cost me way to much each month to accomplish what they have been able to do. Not only am I getting everything I needed from a technology standpoint, they are the first app that really allows design customization. This focus on the technology and design really makes them standout.
