I have used this app and it turned to be very successful, at first i had some problems to set up a discount for my product so I contacted there support and they where able to fix it in a very short notice. Very responsive even at late hours, now it’s working perfectly fine, the discount table looks very professional.

Didn't explore all of the app's features yet but it seems like a very complete discount app and more. Two thumbs up for the fast and accessible support team! They resolved my issue in a matter of hours and kept reverting back to me afterwards to follow-up and answer my additionnal questions.

Email support is on form, messaged on a sunday afternoon and my solution was fixed around 15 minutes after. Can't complain at that!

So easy to use and I was able to see immediate increased AOV once I set up my first offer! One of the best FREE apps out there!

I used this app to create a storewide discount that excluded certain products. When I was setting this feature, I was having a hard time selecting *almost* all the products in my store because the menu wasn't loading properly. I emailed support and they got back to me within 24 hours, after emailing back and forth and taking screen shots to show them the issue I was having, they identified a bug on Shopify's end and gave me a solution to fix it, and it worked! Now I was able to select all the items necessary and exclude the items I wanted to. Thank you HulkApps for your speedy customer service and dedication to helping me work it out.
