User beware! I tried this app and it it APPEARS to work but does not.

The discount was present all the way through the checkout process but once the customer clicked the "Pay now" button the app would only sometimes apply the discount. Customers credit cards would be charged more than they were quoted.

I deactivated the app quickly but in the time it was being used, it had about a 50% success ...

I am having customers who use Internet Explorer complain they cannot check out. I reached out to Shopify for help and they advised it was this app. I reached out to Hulk's support and they said "I would like to inform you that our application doesn't function well with IE browser as it doesn't supports the latest version of JQuery."

I have customers leaving without purchasing because they can't ...

Support doesn't exist and the tiered discounts only work for one quantity option not for any other quantity

The App stopped working without any update. I tried reaching support but no response. Got stuck with a very important campaign that uses this App's functionality.

They help us to do some customized at first, However, it occurs many problem on the product page and cart page. Then they did not provide any help to us and did not reply our email.
Our store is in a mess now !

So disappoint for their service.

This app is not syncing products for more than a month, i contacted them, they told me to give them staff access, i did but nothing happened and they stopped replying as if i haven't contacted them!

I wish I could say this app worked and helped us, but it just caused too many issues on our site and caused us a loss of revenue.

Misleading information of abilities. If you want to do Buy 3 (of any product) to get 15% off entire cart - this ap won't work, support confirmed its not possible. The % off only works if you buy 3 of the exact same product. This is useless for upselling, especially for digital products.

Worst customer support ever. I've been asking for support from the 6th of september and still no reply and the app doesn't work. I don't recommend it.
