Couldn't get the app to work as intended with the debut theme, and asked for a few adjustments in the apperance - no problem at all, it was fixed within 24 hours.
Amazing customer support for a free app, that even works just as well as the $15-20 ones with same functionality. Really recommend!!!
I've been offering small quantity discounts on my store since I started, and had been updating everything manually, which as you might imagine, is Not terribly efficient. I finally decided to invest in something that would do it for me automatically and I'm really happy with VolumeBoost. Less work for me overall, and the customer service is incredibly responsive, competent and friendly. Thank you so much to Manoj for helping me set up the discount box at checkout, the entire process took less than a half hour! :)
User beware! I tried this app and it it APPEARS to work but does not.
The discount was present all the way through the checkout process but once the customer clicked the "Pay now" button the app would only sometimes apply the discount. Customers credit cards would be charged more than they were quoted.
I deactivated the app quickly but in the time it was being used, it had about a 50% success rate.
Unreliable. Do not recommend.

I use this app to increase conversion. I find that people, when asked, will opt for more than one item.
