The only app that had what I actually need. Free plan is very efficient, and the customer support was fantastic and prompt.

Ran into some trouble with Volume Pricing and Shopify discounts because they weren't playing nice with my Loyalty App. Couldn't get any of the Volume Pricing apps to work with it. After a ton of searching, stumbled upon Volumeboost, which lets you stack extra discounts right at the cart. It's been awesome, and their support is super quick.

So far works very well, this is the 3rd discount app I tried and is the only one that does exactly what I want. And the service from the support to get me setup properly was excellent.
