It's early days, but Febin has been enormously helpful so far; the customer service is speedy and friendly. Their other App Selleasy is excellent which is why I went for this too (better way to offer volume discounts), and being built for shopify means they look so much better on product pages.

This is a great app.
You can easily set up discounts for multiple purchases.
Also, when I had a problem, it was resolved very quickly.
