Dealeasy: Volume Discounts App

We are very happy with the Dealeasy app and the customer support from Logbase. We've only experienced a few issues so far, and whenever something came up, it was resolved quickly and easily. The support team is very responsive and helpful.

Even with a slightly bigger issue recently, the team took care of it right away. A special thanks to Keerthana from the Customer Success Team, who was always friendly, responded quickly, and made sure our issue was properly addressed.

Thanks for the great support!

I got this app to install a free shipping bar in the cart drawer. It was pretty simple to install. When I did run into an issue, customer support responded very quickly and Suki had me sorted out in no time. Highly recommend this app.

A huge thank you to the entire Dealeasy team for your professionalism, responsiveness, and outstanding support. The customer service is fast, attentive, and always ready to find the right solution.

The app is also incredibly useful for creating attractive offers, increasing sales, and improving the overall shopping experience on our store.

I highly recommend Dealeasy to any Shopify store owner looking to grow their business while benefiting from exceptional customer support.

We love this app and use it on our store regularly. It boosts AOV and sales every time. The customer service team behind the app are also amazing. They respond promptly to any questions and are always willing to go the extra mile to help.

Had a bit of a hiccup with one of the features, but the team did a fantastic job of taking my feedback and shipping the feature I desperately needed- all within a week of voicing my concern. Shout out to Febin for keeping us informed along the way!

Excellent, prompt support with Mani. He helped to update my store for optimum usage with theme. Also, ability to separate out individual variants for volume/tiered pricing is an excellent feature. I have used many discount apps on numerous sites. This one is my go-to due to quality of product and service. Thanks!

I recently started using the Dealeasy app, but because of my limited experience, I wasn’t able to complete the full setup on my own. The support team quickly scheduled an appointment and helped me finalize everything.

My experience with Dhina was excellent. He was very helpful, patient, and detail-oriented. He never rushed the process and took the time to show me each step clearly.

So far, I’m extremely happy with both the app and the support. Highly recommended!

Dealeasy solved a bulk discount problem I've been having for months! Customer support is so responsive and helpful. Fixing a conflict between the app and my theme, and going as far as customizing the app's appearance for me. I wish they had a tip jar because they've seriously earned it.

Dealeasy has been very helpful for setting up volume discounts on our Shopify store. The app provides flexible quantity-based discount options, and the support team was responsive and guided us through the configuration process. The discount rules are working smoothly and meet our requirements. Highly recommended!

Very easy to use app, most things work straight out of the box all the while giving you customisation options. Everything is as described and the free tier is more than enough to try it out, while the other tiers are very reasonably priced. 10/10

I must also note that the support was extremely responsive, i had a small issue on my end, and within a 12 minute call they were able to remotely fix it on their first try. Thanks to Kiriaki for the help
