Dealeasy: Volume Discounts App

Excellent app. Excellent customer service.
The multi-buy discounts created with the Dealeasy app are the highest converters on my store, and a crucial part of my business.
What's more, the customer service has been prompt (and actual real people!) when I have recently needed help enabling another of their widgets.

This app has some great features - ended up not being exactly what I needed on my store. I forgot to uninstall the app until later, and was inadvertently billed for this app. Contacted support and they took a look at the situation and issued a refund for me right away. Good app, great support.

A powerful and professionally-made app for Shopify. Highly recommended. I had some confusion about how to set up a complex discount and Febin from customer service was super fast with an explanation, and really thorough. 5 stars for sure!

Suki provided great support for something I didn't understand about implementing the app, and even pointed out a flaw in the underlying theme. Great support and super-useful product.

Wow, I was fully blown away by the great customer support. Had an issue with free shipping threshold value, messaged them through the chat box in the late afternoon and was not expecting any response in a day. Almost instantly, I got a reply from Suriyaa (hope I was not misspelling), and he fixed my issue within 10 mins!! I just couldn't believe it... Best customer support ever, thank you!

I publish GLOW-GETTER — a curated, full-color magazine connecting women to trusted local businesses in Greater Cleveland. This is a high-end publication, so I needed a volume pricing solution that looked professional and matched my brand aesthetic.
