Annie gave me incredible help for this plugin, resolved the issue i had in minutes and also gave great insight into best placement.
I have recieved higher volumes of quantity in each order with this plugin and the zoom support service is unlike anything i have ever experienced. I've used the app for a few of my sales and it's been so easy each time, i like the progress bar feature that native Shopify doesn't have. I did recently need help with adding a progress bar to the cart drawer and the chat feature was really helpful and they were able to get my site fixed in a matter of minutes!
