Volume Discounts — Dealeasy

Working with Trissha during the customization process of the Dealeasy app was truly amazing. She guided me patiently throughout the entire process and paid close attention to every detail to ensure all my requests were met flawlessly.

I had previously posted a two-star review because we were using the app to create tiered discounts. Since there's no way to exclude any products from this, gift cards were counting towards the total and were being sold at a discount.

I reached out to the app support folks to beg for a solution for this, because we love the app otherwise, and they let me know they'd get back to me. In just three days they got back to me to let me know that they fixed it so our gift cards wouldn't be counted towards the free gift total or the tiered discounts. This was such magical customer service!

I definitely recommend this app. I will say that it may be a little buggy when you first add it into your store, but the customer service is incredible, and whatever the issue is, they can probably fix it for you!

App seems good so far but only a new user. The support system is great though.

The combination discounts used with tags are okay, but the free shipping bar is total nonsense. First, it cannot distinguish between different countries. We offer free shipping within the Netherlands for orders over 50 euros, but for other EU countries, free shipping is applied for orders over 100 euros. And second, we’ve already set free shipping at 50 euros via Shopify, and the free shipping discount in Dealeasy applies this 50-euro threshold. This means we miss out on the shipping fee of 5.95 because it’s deducted from the 50 euros. We deleted the embed app for the free shipping bar.

The team over at Dealeasy are a pleasure to work with - they provide a lot of technical assistance to make sure the app & widgets are performing their best across all new offers.
