Volume Discounts — Dealeasy

Excellent app and the team is super responsive, especially Rahul who is always around and hands-on to help. Most importantly, they understand your business, make suggestions, and are happy to help with any customisation. This is the only date and time picker app on Shopify that works well in the open cart drawer! I have been trying several apps and this is a clear winner.

From what I've seen so far, they have genuinely amazing customer service (fast, understanding, and helpful), features that I couldn't find in their competitors, a long free trial available, they don't collect every single piece of data about you (like many other apps do), and really nice pricing. Couldn't expect more. And in case anything changes in a bad way, I'll rewrite this review, but that is very unlikely to happen with such an approach to every customer

I have been using this app for a while now and I must say its everything I wanted after trying so many other apps. It loads faster and has so many customization options. Ravi from the support team was very helpful when I needed help setting the app on my website.

I installed this app to help me apply volume discounts (after trying and discarding a couple of other options) and I can’t recommend this enough. So easy to install (even for a total Shopify novice like me) and within minutes I had my volume discount up and running. I had a query and was able to quickly arrange a call where Febin quickly enhanced how my discount is displayed on my shop during the call. Highly recommend!

Sid in their customer service was very helpful and friendly. He helped me find a solution to a display question that I had. So far, so good!
