Brilliant app, really helps our customers especially when fit is so important to the brand and customer with our product! The WAIR team are also really great and help with any questions we have when needed. Highly recommend!

We love WAIR, and so do our customers. Which option sounds easier: a) a customer lands on your site, likes a style, finds the sizing chart, pulls out a measuring tape, and has to repeat that process for every product, or b) the customer fills out their body type information, and the site shows their specific recommendation for every product based on their body type. Not only is WAIR an awesome, lightweight software that provides a better shopping experience than the commonly used alternative, but our shoppers who use it convert at a much higher rate than those who don't. It creates confidence in sizing, reduces returns, and creates a better customer experience overall. Plus, the WAIR team has awesome client support, and we enjoy working with them!

We have been looking to optimize our sizing guide on our website for a while now. WAIR turned out to be the perfect solution. I am typically tentative when adding new apps to our site, due to the implementation process. Their team took on the whole development project and seamlessly integrated it to our product page within days. We've seen a 4x in conversion on WAIR orders, and are excited to continue to build out our data set. 10/10 would recommend for updating your current size guide.

I cannot say enough good things about the Wair Team and their app! The team is super helpful and incredibly responsive, and the product has become an integral part of our customer buying journey. Our return rate has dropped drastically since we implemented Wair. And since it tells customers their size based on their extensive collection of body scans in combination with our brand's size chart, it has eliminated customers having to try and decipher a confusing size chart!

This app has been a game changer not only for us but for our customers. On our side we are seeing our return rate decrease and conversions increase while getting product analytics we've never had access to before. On the customer side its a nice feature to make the buying process easier. Support from the Wair team has also been quick and reliable. Great app!
