Perfect App to sell in China via WeChat. We have been using it for almost 3 years now. Products, inventory and orders are synchronized in real-time. The WalktheChat team has been very supportive all the way.

We launched our brand in China using the WalktheChat WeChat connector. Sync of products, orders, shipping information works seamlessly. WalktheChat is also helping us with collaborating with influencers (though there are extra fees for this service) which brought our first sales from WeChat days after launch. So far we're very happy with the App and the collaboration!

Walk The Chat helped us launch our brand on Wechat China last year. The team was most helpful in the set up our Wechat store and the connector app is useful to integrate to our Shopify Store. This makes it much easier to check on orders and manage inventory.

We used WalktheChat's WeChat store in order to create the online sales channel for our brand in Mainland China. The solution enabled us to make our products available to the Chinese market with minimal upfront investment. The support for WeChat Mini-programs improved the user experience for our end-users, and the synchronization with Shopify is smooth.

We also purchased some additional services from WalktheChat to help us run our store (content, influencers, ads, etc.) Their team really understands the Chinese market, and supported our in-house e-commerce team to run profitable campaigns.

The Walk The Chat team has been very helpful and responsive and helped our brand launch in China. The connector has been easy to use, though we look forward to the improvements for sales reporting so that our Shopify $ reporting matches the WeChat RMB reporting.
