worse customer support i ever met on Shopify. and i am with shopify 7 years already. expensive, not working, super slow and non helping support!

We’re surprised and disappointed to read your review, as our team worked diligently to support you and had your installation ready to push live in record time and during a very busy time of the year.
Below is a quick summary of the timeline to share and to be fair on how quick your installation was:
• December 20, 2024: $99 Installation and setup service purchased.
• December 27, 2024: Collaboration access received, and installation began promptly.
• January 1–7, 2025: Daily communication with progress updates provided.
• January 3, 2025: Setup completed, and product previews sent for review.
• January 4, 2025: Positive feedback received from you on the previews.
• January 6, 2025: Approval to process images in bulk given.
• January 7, 2025: Final processing completed, ready to push live on your approvals.
