Terrible customer service, over-priced, lots of glitches, and they don't stop begging for you to leave a review.

They are a big scam. Do not believe any of the review on this page. This company will literally make you pay for the entire year about $400 and simply run away. They have zero support. I could not get any help for only one issue (pricing padding) and got runaround for three months. I would say stay away. I also lost money because the app did not do pricing correctly. I padded a percentage above our normal price to cover shipping which never worked and got zero help.

Great app for uploading Walmart items. Make sure to read app instructions. and give Walmart at least 24 hours to update items correctly.

This is the worst product ever. Poor product and poor customer service. This service provider is a scammer and a liar. We have reported them to Shopify as well as the BBB, and filing a consumer complaint. Would recommend using any provider besides this one. They do not stand behind their word or their product.

I was looking to have a fine app that could manage my listings for Walmart. I tried many apps out there but none of them seemed to be so helpful as this Walmart Integration. This app is simply amazing.

I installed the app within a few minutes I completed the set-up and reach the app dashboard. Then came a beautiful interface and well-built sections within the app, to manage the entire product and order business details. There is another feature for improving listing on Walmart “Recommended and Optional Attributes” this allows you to add additional attributes to your product and in turn help in product visibility on Walmart. Also, I needed to manage my products specifically with lowered prices and the repricer feature easily helped solve that requirement. There are a lot of other features that make this app wonderful!
I contacted Ced and they guided me in deep detail about the app and its uses. After getting help from I came to know that there is so much to know and learn about Walmart. The way they help sellers is simply incredible.

This app has everything you need to manage for Walmart sales. It's no doubt that this app is rated the best as it got the best workers.

1)How are you going with the app? The App works well, It is not the most intuitive piece of software and it does have its quirks but once you figure them out it is quite easy to work with, Make sure to map your categories correctly.

2)Is it serving your purpose? The app is serving our purpose quite well, we were able to upload 350 products to Walmart and within a week we had the formatting and all the products fully working how we wanted them to and we were able to get it to look how we wanted it to look with proper formatting. My biggest issue is a lot of html and other code that gets pulled from shopify can show up in inside the description causing formatting issues or spelling problems so make sure you reread all of your descriptions and edit them. I do find the app to be cumbersome when it comes to trying to get variants to be all listed under a parent sku and keeping them all sorted correctly. an example would be shoes i will upload a pair of shoes and the sizes go from 6-12 well half the time sizes 6 7 8 will have one listing and then 9 10 11 12 will have their own and getting those to merge together can be quite a hassle.

3)Are you satisfied with it? I am overall satisfied with the app, i do wish i didn't have to reach out to the support team anytime i had an issue merging variants or getting categories to map correctly but every time i have reached out they have been nothing but amazing.

4)How do like our support service? I think the support service is what really makes this application viable, if there was no support team behind this app i would of ditched it along time ago because some of the quirks and things that you have to do to get products uploaded and edited can be quite difficult to figure out on your own. Ive chatted with 3 different tech agents and all of them have been very knowledgeable and have been able to explain things to me to ensure i had a positive experience with the app.

This is a good app with absolutely the Best customer support team on the internet. Akchhaya is a master at helping you get through the program and getting things done the right way. Swati is great at teaching you the program and helping you learn as you go. Both are excellent representatives that care about the customers!
This is the best customer service we have had on any platform! CedCommerce has done it right! Their providers are 10 times better than Amazon and Google.
