The app works great for us. We're able to fulfill the orders that come in easy peasy. JUst had an issue with shipping rules and customer support helped me knock it out quickly.
We have been using this app since a year and a half and we are able to manage our inventory quite efficiently with our ERP system and walmart seller center. The support is very responsive to have a great solution to the issues we came across.

I am baffled by the application developer's request for an additional $299 to fix a problem with their application. Given that I have already paid $190 for its use, this demand seems unjust. The issue of the application incorrectly flagging non-duplicate SKUs as duplicates is something they should address. While the application fulfills its basic functions, there are still bugs and issues that require resolution.
The review below is our real experience with CED and their support. We paid them $700 to create the product listings for us, and they promised a 7-day turnaround. We gave them 28 days and the listings were still not correct. Every time they contacted us and said they were done, the listings had obvious errors that they would have noticed if they bothered to look at them. They promised a refund of the service if they could not complete the task, so we asked for the refund. They apologized and assured us they could fix the problems if we gave them one more week, so we did. Ten days later, the problems still weren't fixed so we again asked for the refund. They continued to try to stall and ask for more time. It has now been 3 more weeks and still no refund. They no longer respond to our emails and have completely ghosted us. We will no longer use their apps or recommend them.
The app is very easy to use and the technical support is top notch. You can chat with someone right away and they always follow up to make sure that your problem is solved.
