I am so amaze by ced support, he helped me so much, I really appreciate the kidness, he helped me to get my walmart approve to open a case. I really appreciate the system ced commerec and the support person was extremely helpful. I will always have him help me he is very patient, I really like the support and help. thank you so much support team
CedCommerce does not sync inventory properly in addition to other persistent issues that have resulted in a hit to seller performance.
The primary function of any sales channel manager is to sync inventory between platforms. Inventory discrepancies are a daily occurrence, leading to overselling on eBay.
After contacting support on several occasions with no success we are moving on. While support has quick response it does appear there is NO tech support only customer service.

Great so far with communication, and being very helpful uploading products to Walmart couldn't do it without them thanks, Gaurav
This was extremely helpful in getting rid of 3PL direct connect and having everything connect to Shopify for proper order and inventory syncing.
Their support team is accommodating in setting up your account; I would double-recommend that you prefer this app to any other in the market.
Lastly, their support member, Yasmeen, helped me throughout this process.
