We had a lot of issues with this app. Our products would not load correctly, which caused us a lot of business.

We used this app for 7 months and it was nothing but problems the entire time. We contacted the company before we started using the app to make sure it was the right fit for us and asked them a couple times if certain customizations could be made and they told us yes, it would be no problem. So we made the decision to buy the app. After we configuered the app we asked them if they could please make the customizations that we had asked about before we purchased and thier customer service people all of a sudden didnt seem to understand what we were asking them about. They barely seemed trained on even the basic functionality of the app!! They said they would have to look into it and have the customizations made for us. This never happened, they did not do anything they said they would do. This made us feel like they were just telling us anything we wanted to hear to get us to buy the app.

From the very first day we started pushing our items through to Walmart, we started experiencing problems. Hundreds of listings were going up with the wrong pictures, the wrong titles, the wrong descriptions, the wrong prices. It was a huge mess. We contacted their customer support immediately and they said they would look into it. They were not able to fix the issue and instead told us that it was something we were doing wrong, which it wasn't. This company is in India and so they are in the opposite time zone and are not available to help you for about half of the US work day. So when we needed their help the most, no one was there to help. They would get back to us via email when they got into their office which didnt do much to help us on the other side of the world needing help in real time! When our staff got too technical in terminology it was clear they did not really understand what we were asking or what the issues were. They did try to help but the problems that we were experiencing were never fixed after multiple attempts. We eventually started to just try to have our own staff fix the problems which cost us thousands of dollars in extra expenses to try to clean up the mess this app caused us. We would have been far better off never getting the app and just having our staff load products directly through the Walmart back end via excel feed. Most of the products that made it through had the errors mentioned but the bulk of products we tried to push through would not even go through!! They would remain in unpublished status in Walmart and would not ever go live!

In addition to the previously mentioned problems with the listings, this app pushes the orders that come in through Shopify, so each order will have a Shopify order number and not an order from the Walmart marketplace which is very confusing and makes it impossible for staff members to search for.

After months of trying our best to work with this app and the customer service people, we simply gave up and wanted to stop using it. When we chatted them and asked how to cancel our subscription they just kept asking "what is your issue? We will fix it for you." We kept saying, thank you but we have already had you try to fix the issues and you were not able to so we would just like to cancel. And like a broken record, they just kept asking the same question, "what are your issues, why do you want to cancel?" It was literally so ridiculous, it probably went on for 20 minutes, like this before they even acknowledged what we had asked!

After we deleted the app, we left a shorter version of this review just to give other people and honest review of our experience using the app. Then, not even an hour after leaving the review, we got a phone call from this company, direct from India, from an angry Ced Commerce staff member who kept syaing, "you left us a bad review! Please tell me your issues and we will fix them. Now please remove the bad review." We again had to go through the broken record routine with this company, only this time on the phone! We explained again that your company was not able to fix the issues we were having and we just dont want to use the app anymore. It went back and forth like this for a few minutes and the Ced Commerce staff member got even more pushy with us telling us to take down the review. He began saying, "we are going to fix your issues right now, Take down the review" We had to tell him, we have thousands of products and there is no way you are going to be able to fix them all right now and he said "yes we will, we will fix them now. Now will you take down the review!?" It was unlike anything we as a company have ever experienced from another company. They literally called us and were trying to bully us into removing the review!

The next morning, a less agressive ced commerce staff member called us again to try to do the same thing!

Then they emailed us an extremely unprofessional and harrassing email. We were so shocked by what they said to us in their email, that we were compelled to edit this review and add a more detailed version (what you are reading now) of what we have experienced with this app and from this company.

The following have been copied and pasted directly from the email that we received from Ced Commerce after posting our original shorter version of this review:

"We love our product as much as we love our customers but it's Really strange to find people like you in this modern world where they try to use technology for their own benefits and go beyond limits to defame others integrity without any pieces of evidence against the same. But before telling the world about the same it was our right to know what issues you are facing which you did'nt bother sharing with us even after the support staff almost begging you to tell the issue. All the events that have led up to these mails are a clear reflection of work ethics you have been practicing in your business."

We used ced commerce for months and we shared our issues with Ced Commerce many times, and in the end, they were not able to fix ANY of the issues for us and that is why we stopped using the app. We then left an honest review about their product and the above is part of how they responded to us.

We wanted very much for Ced Commerce to work for us and for the $299 we spent on this app to be money well spent but unfortunately that is not our experience. This app failed us in every possible way and it was good money down the drain. Their customer service was some of the worst we have experienced but the worst part by far was how they treated us after we decided to stop using their product, they were rude, unprofessional and harrassed us with phone calls and emails trying to pressure us to remove this review.

Unfortunately, we cannot in good conscience recommend Ced Commerce to anyone.

Terrible company. They lied to get my company as a customer, promising a seamless integration between Walmart, Shopify, and Amazon fulfillment. We repeatedly told the support team that express and overnight shipping was not working.

We notified the support team 4 times. Every time they confirmed that the issue was fixed, even though it wasn't.

As everyone else has commented (the real reviews): this company is a scam and the support team are liars. The software doesn't work as advertised, and the support sucks. Avoid at all costs.

This is the worst product ever. Poor product and poor customer service. This service provider is a scammer and a liar. We have reported them to Shopify as well as the BBB, and filing a consumer complaint. Would recommend using any provider besides this one. They do not stand behind their word or their product.

Consistent problems with Walmart Marketplace - Integration App. After the first issue of items not being able to be published due to the App. We were guaranteed assistance and personal help, so were convinced to start Annual plan. However, the number we received to get help from, was not customer friendly. Besides laughing about our situation during our call, and not being able to understand. We have been constantly forwarded to use their examples and integration samples on how to publish products. Our issue has been constantly, the App itself publishes item we would leave unpublished until a release date that we have. However the issue was that we were not correctly uploading the information, and have used the directions step by step... Issue consists, lost customers, and now lost our patronage. What we have lost is $300, and valuable time. Thank you for taking our payment, with a guaranteed refund, but not giving us a refund due to the issue not being covered for refunds. The most important issue, the App not working...

Update 06/01/2017:
After talking with CEDCommerce Support and Customer Service, was told that I would receive a refund for the annual we payed for. However no contact has been made after, I honestly do not know if they are waiting for my review to go away first, or if I misunderstood for the past +5 phone conversations.

Upward Mobile Llc

Only works for very basic product uploads. My products have variations and it does not work uploading separate SKU's on variations. Worked with them for hours and they did not fix it. In chat they will leave you sitting there for 30 minutes while they try and fix. After I asked for a refund because it did not work they started ending chats immediately and wouldn't communicate.

Indus Retail

System software and support is good. After few hick up things will work out. Site back end is very poorly designed. Horizontal scroll bar is at bottom of poorly designed layout, it is very difficult to submit the items. I don't know if these guys are just fixing the errors on beta software. It is not ready to go software. I have tried the software but these guys don't know the customer requirements. These are some bozos working in isolation with no thinking about customer usage.

the company i am using increased my Walmart skues from 4900 skues to 11000 in 2-3 days

this is the 3 rd time i leave 1 start review since i was force to remove or they will not service the account, this time it be left for good
what i wrote earlier was nothing to what happened to me later, they failed acknowledging few of my orders on time, jet emailed me several times and than on November 14 they took me off jet , i was not aware of that till 11/25, cedcoomerce, never took responsibility and blame it on me, while the manager at at jet told me that , this was the result , and when they found the reason they put my account back up, while my product stayed on cedcommerce as archived , i had to beg them to fix it, i lost over 5K for this period with jet sales
i take all the blame on me since i should have left from day one, EVERYTHING they stated was a lie, nothing was true, (see below) most customers that using them is because of the "CHEAP PRICE" what a price i paid to save moeny, i could have been with channel advisor for 6 months
i am not here to promote another app, however there is an app that i moved to and from 2300 that i was listed with this company , they managed to increase it in a matter of 3 days to 4000 skues and with walmart from 4900 to 11,000 skue live , do not go near them unless you selling 2-3 item a month

at this point they start answering my replies right away , the whole time they was pressuring me to change my review , saying if i don't , thire people will not be motivated to help , i changed it 4, since i saw they are really tring to fix the problem, after i changed my review , the problem got worse , they promised inventory sync to every 15 min , i found out it was not true, they said yes they had to change it to once every hour since it was too much load on thire server, after that i found out that its being synced twice day ????? many of my products still not listed on jet and walmart , they keep saying i ahve problem with my variant, or i have issues with no UPC, and its all worng i changed prices on uggs that i had i on sale 2 months ago , till now they keep being sold at the old price , losing over few hundred dollar , great cheap app if you selling 1-2 products a week, keep in mind ist not 24/7 support the way they claim its more like wait till we feel like answering you, they have an attitude as well , if you dare being upset, if i could put 0 i would

Hope you are doing good.
I would like to inform you that our app was under beta phase when you were using it, at that time we started our integration. We were small company with few employees working on Walmart feeds manually. Now we have earned the experience of +2 years helping Walmart sellers to successfully sell their products.

We have automated each and every process and the seller can easily check and work on inventory, price and product updates. Also, can check the feed status through the app
