I downloaded it and quickly made my first sale! It gave me tons of new customers. I had to delete it because on my fist sale, I NEVER received my money! I tried contacting Wanelo but that didn't work out, they never got back with me.

I've had the app for over 1 1/2. Honestly, there were so many problems with my followers, etc that was being taken care of until they couldn't figure it out. It's a lot of commission that they charge, too. It also bothers me that there is little accountability from them.
Four Kings Clothing
Started using Wanelo Nov 27th, Started receiving orders almost right away. Its Jan 2nd, and we've fulfilled almost 20 orders with conformations that the customers have their packages. But we've yet to be paid from Wanelo. When we ask via email(because thats the only way you can get in contact with someone), they send automatic messages. We're in the hold over a thousand dollars with this company, and we've had to suspend all orders coming from Wanelo until we get paid for all packages sent. I think this is a very good sells channel if they get their payment to venders in order. I will post again in a few days to update on payment.
I am giving this app a try. I made one sale a week ago. I will update on how long it takes to receive payment.
I had an issue wtih my products not syncing. There needs to be an option to manually sync. It had been 12 days since my products updated, so I had wrong prices and products on Wanelo that were no longer availabe in my store. I also had new products that were not showing up. I sent an email, and the issue was resolved the same day.
I feel that 15% commission is too much. I can't offer most of my products on Wanelo, because I would have to jack the prices up for my customers.
Update: I sold a product on Oct 23, and have not been paid yet. They said that my bank rejected the payment. I contacted my bank, and they said that they did not reject any transaction. They submitted a ticket to their billing department 6 days ago, and I'm waiting on an update.
I no longer sell on Wanelo, because it makes no sense to pay 15% and have to wait so long to be paid. I also don't feel that their marketplace is worth giving up 15% of my profits.
I did get paid on Dec 7.
The Gentleman Shoppe
Wanelo is a great social platform to increase your visibility in the market. The app integrates well with Shopify and delivers sales consistently.
However, their recent policy changes have really been tough on sellers. They used to pay you after confirming delivery but now the payouts are every 14 days. If you need turnover to keep your store going, this is a bad option. Also, they raised their commission from 10% to 15%.

Stuff does sell but getting paid for every order is an issue. We installed the app in December 2015 and have had 80 orders 76 of them were successfully paid by Wanelo the other orders never got paid or resolved through there support team. Just beware! also they have updated there terms of service from 10% commission to 15% and transaction fee from 2% to 2.9% as well the seller payouts to be changed from confirmed shipped by carrier to 14 days later for some sort of customer protection. This starts on June 26. We think there should be seller protection as well. This shopify store will be removing this app before there new TOS takes affect.
I like Wanelo, but it will not sync up with my store.
