app isnt working, no response from support in days, just did a big show and lots of people are trying to register
ugh.
I was using another Warranty App on Shopify but I did not like the functionality of it and am glad I tried this Warranty Registration app instead. It has a nice layout and explains exactly the warranty before they sign up. It also lets you place the order number and email address in too so you can stay in touch with the customer. You can also easily edit the wording so that was great for my needs. I been using it for about 2 months and it works great! Highly recement it.
Poor customer service, they don't reply. The Country and State fields don't work and there is no support to fix the issue.
I asked for some change to the information and additional boxes to collect data. It was done quickly and exactly as I requested. Highly recommend this company
Love this app, had it for a while now and the support is excellent, very responsive anytime I need anything changed or modified.
An amazing app! Service was AMAZING! I emailed them and within 24 hours they spent time to custom code something special for us. Great App! Great TEAM!! Recommend it to everyone.

Update 3/31/22: They updated their system and contacted us. Their support has reached out to us a few times to make sure we are good. I have upgraded them to 4 stars. UPDATE 02-07-2022: We have made several attempts to reach them with their support email in the past week with NO Responses. We have an issue with their platform and can't get any support to resolve it. We are using this app for our Warranty requirements and it works great for us. Customer support is excellent which quick responses.
This is a pretty simple to use app and the team has been pretty helpful in answering all of my questions.
Update: reached support at 1 (317) 855 0216. App works ok but the support doesn't respond. We've emailed them 4 times without any reply back. There's no way to edit drop down features with Yes No options on your own so you have to use support.
