App works great, the paid version is well worth the extra as means emails go out automatically when product back in stock and you can see sent email reports so know what has happened. Support is excellent too -Krishnan is awesome to deal with.
This app does exactly what we were looking for and customer service has been great. They responded within a day and were able to help us resolve a minor issue we were having very quickly!
Easy to install and use. Needed some help/adjustments from the support team and they were very helpful and replied within a few hours.
Had an issue with the code still being present after uninstall but Krishnan provided very fast support in removing this. I uninstalled due to attempting to improve store speed and SWYM Back In Stock had little impact on that so I may well use it again in the future. Thanks Krishnan again for your help, support and kindness :-) Jo

Great app so far, no complaints. Seamless design flows great with our site too. They give you the option for a pop-up button, or a form to sit right on your product page.
I love this app. It helps me to determine what my customers are waiting on so that I can prioritize what I will re-stock fastest. I also love how it automatically notifies my customers when a product re-stocks since I have a lot of products that continue to need re-stock. It really takes a burden off me to do this task for me.
This app is easy to set up withs shopify and it is great for allowing customers to use the notify when product back in stock feature. I also had help from the the team to set up a more customised button, I just asked them to set this up and it only took a few days. Great service, i would recommend.
Super app, it does all the things we want for when we have out of stock items or preorders! The support is great as well, getting all issues resolved in a thorough and timely manner.
What I love most about this app is its very responsive customer support team! The issue I had (which turned out to be my fault) was diligently handled by the support team
