Wonderful customer service. We updated the design of our store and Swym quickly helped us implement design changes so the app followed our new brand guide.

A simple yet effective feature to add to my store. Easy to set up and the support was outstanding. The automation works very well which enables me to have no further manual work after the app was installed. Would highly recommend.

This is a must have app. It saves a huge amount of time for our customer service team, integrates easily into your store, is easy to set up and the support from swym is prompt and helpful.

Great app with outstanding customer service. I changed my theme and that caused it to stop working, but when I contacted Customer Support I got a response within an hour and all fixed.

Gopinath from their support team really went above and beyond to help me integrate this into my store. I had several questions and when I reached out to them I was only an hour into my free trial; that made absolutely no difference to them and they treated me like a paying customer. Top rate support and I have no doubt they'll be there for me if there are any other issues. I will definitely convert to a paid plan after this trial is over.

I installed this app to allow my customers to set alerts for their favorite items from my shop since I keep a limited inventory. I also wanted to gage what items were in high demand. I have two Swym apps installed and they were able to quickly assist me with a display issue during off hours. I am certainly looking forward to upgrading as my business grows. Thank you!

My favorite thing about this app is the integration with Klaviyo. Plus, the customer service team is quick to respond and are always very helpful if you ever need assistance. Big fan!
