Update: This issue seems to finally be resolved (within a few hours of posting a review). Once we've had a chance to test it in a real-case scenario with a multi-sku restock we will update our review.
We've been using this app for several years. It has been great...until recently. For some reason the app now requires a wait of several hours before the inventory numbers sync and "stick" between Shopify and the app's system and results in the BIS alerts not being sent when triggered manually. This causes multiple issues and prevents us from really using the app (that we are paying a pretty hefty fee for!) to its full potential. It makes it extremely difficult to time promotions, etc that are related to restock events. We have been in contact with the developers about this issue for the last 6 weeks. They have finally acknowledged that the issue exists, but have still not been able to resolve it. We've spent countless hours trying to get to the bottom of the issue and create work-arounds for a service we're paying the app to do. If they are not able to resolve soon we will be exploring other options.
I've only just started to use this app and so far I'm really impressed. However, i am even MORE impressed with the high-level customer support and how quick the team are at responding and providing support.
This app was used primarily as a waitlist feature, and with team member Dash's endless support, it's actually really easy to use and seamless.
Takes a little getting used to but once you get it, it's so easy.
Great app, customer support is responsive to questions. Overall we have been happy with it!
More than 5k people signed up for restock alerts, the app didn't send a single email... nothing to add.
This app worked well for me. It did everything I wanted it to. Adding the "Notify Me" button to my products was simple. My only criticism is that the interface to get reports or to make changes to notifications is clunky and not user-friendly. It took an hour on their chat to get a notification message updated. Other than that, everything works great.
This app has worked very well for us and has led to many sales when an item comes back in stock. Their support team is very responsive if an issue ever arises.
The Swym team is absolutely amazing and super attentive! They helped us set up the SMS back-in-stock alerts when we were running into a glitch with our SMS provider. Top notch work!
I love the app and also on the way to download the wishlist app as well. Customer Service is definitely one of a kind, very fast, quick and easy to work with. Love the App and Team!!!!!!!!!
