awesome customer service. I'm using the free version, so far so great! easy to set up and very user friendly
Really nice app and it works fine :) I use it on my little ecommerce and i'm glad that exists the free version.

The support team is especially helpful in resolving my issue. They found the root cause and quickly resolved it. Although they took awhile to fix the issue, they were patient and follow-up with me closely. I would recommend the App. It would be perfect if there are more customisability feature on its 'Free' plan. Overall, it was a good experience with the support team.

I am using the Free Plan and I really enjoy it. Had 1 issue with setting things up, but customer service was extremely quick to resolve this issue for me. I will be using them to upgrade my plan when the time comes. I fully recommend 5 stars!
This app works a treat to notify customers when products are back in stock via email. We generate a lot of sales through the app and can see as soon as a garment is listed in stock traffic rushes to the site. We had an issue with it synching with a new shopify store template but customer service immediately fixed the problem for us within 10 minutes of contact. Great customer service
Very easy to setup and modify. FANTASTIC SUPPORT. Had a minor setup query and they replied and resolved it for me within an hour. The app has worked great for us so far.
Would like if they had feature to get email notification when customer alert requests come in. Hopefully in future update.

Works and integrates really well, requires little tweaks, but the team and support is really helpful and fast, so all good!
Update: I switched themes on my site, so the app got lost. Sent an email and it was fixed within 24hours! Thanks, Sonali! Installation and customization was a piece of cake! However, I needed the alert to show up as soon as a single size was out of stock, rather than when the product was out of stock in every size. I emailed support, and presto! Krishnan was swift, polite, and effective.
Good Support. Good Converstions. Subham very helpful. Careful when processing returns through shopify. If you leave restock box checked it'll trigger. Recommend disabling auto alerts if you don't anticipate having new inventory soon.
