Great app, helped bring me sales and connect with my customers. Great support too, they helped me configure design to match my website :)
Software works well, and does what we needed with minimal setup.
We were able to customize the interface with local Japanese text.
Their support team are helpful and responsive.
App works great, the paid version is well worth the extra as means emails go out automatically when product back in stock and you can see sent email reports so know what has happened. Support is excellent too -Krishnan is awesome to deal with.
Easy to install and use. Needed some help/adjustments from the support team and they were very helpful and replied within a few hours.
Great app so far, no complaints. Seamless design flows great with our site too. They give you the option for a pop-up button, or a form to sit right on your product page.
The app works as promised and support is very responsive. Pricing is based on alerts sent. Startup pack is $14 for 250 alerts. However, as a small business like us, it would help to have a tariff between 500 to 1000 alerts instead of 5000 alerts for $49.
I love this app. It helps me to determine what my customers are waiting on so that I can prioritize what I will re-stock fastest. I also love how it automatically notifies my customers when a product re-stocks since I have a lot of products that continue to need re-stock. It really takes a burden off me to do this task for me.
This app is working really well for us at the moment. We were looking for a solution that would let us send thousands of notifications and virtually the exact same time and this seems to be working so far.
Super app, it does all the things we want for when we have out of stock items or preorders! The support is great as well, getting all issues resolved in a thorough and timely manner.
So far the App has been working as described. Customer service is prompt and very helpful with all their inquiries. Big thumbs up!
