Swym Back in Stock Alerts

I had an issue with set up and just could not get it working. I emailed support and they replied within an hour and had it up and running! So far so good!

Support team is good, but this app is completely broken. We've used the paid version in the past with solid results, but the free version is not even functional. App metrics don't work, alerts requested number doesn't even match the number of subscribers shown, and worse of all, we can't even send emails to subscribers.

Straightforward app that does exactly what its meant to do and the support team is really efficient as well.

This app is very beneficial. I would advise people to use it. However it's customization could be a little better.

Perfect app. You need an app that will notify when I will run out of stock. I had a couple of doubts and they have a very good help service.

The app works as promised and support is very responsive. Pricing is based on alerts sent. Startup pack is $14 for 250 alerts. However, as a small business like us, it would help to have a tariff between 500 to 1000 alerts instead of 5000 alerts for $49.

using the free version still but so far so good. One needs to learn how to manually send email alerts on the free version but support super fast and excellent.
